Structure of Shunky Mobile Crushing Plant
Mobile crushing plant is a set of key new equipment with the efforts of Shunky, and composed of feeding system, crushing system, screening and classifying system, conveying system, dynamic system, and electronic control system, etc. which integrate with each other in order and make the plant a comprehensive platform for stone crushing, screening and classifying. Shunky mobile crushing plants are divided into mobile jaw crushing plant, mobile impact crushing plant, mobile cone crushing plant, and VSI mobile crushing plant on the basis of the installed stone crushers. The material in the plant goes through the vibrating feeder into the stone crusher for crushing, and then gets screened and classified into qualified part and disqualified part by the circular screen. Those two parts in the plant goes on different conveyors to the final product pile and the crusher for crushing once more respectively.
