For modern economy, automation and convenient are what we pursue. In stone crusher industry, mobile crushing plant is the most advanced and convenient equipments. However, it cannot be used in any situation. Maybe the capacity, working site or other aspects will limit the use of mobile crushing plant. Now let us talk about the application scope of it.

Firstly, the capacity is the most important element. If the customer requires large capacity, maybe mobile crushing plant  will not be suitable. It is because that the large crushers will bring strong vibration. And the chassis cannot support such vibration. So for stone crushing plant of large capacity, concrete foundation is the most suitable. Secondly, for foreign customers, freight cost must be considered. For many mobile crushing plants, they are too large to be put into container. So only bulk cargo can be used, and the freight will be much higher. The last but not the least, the road state of the working site is also an important aspect. If the road is very rough, the length of the chassis cannot be very long, or it is very difficult to turn a corner for the plant.

We can see that mobile crushing plant is not suitable for any situation, and it has its application scope. So we must be considerate when design a mobile crushing plant for customers.
